VLOTech is pleased to announce the opening of The Law Office of Bonnie M. Braudway, PLLC, a virtual law practice serving North Carolina residents.  The practice is completely web-based and provides legal services related to business law, real estate law, domestic law, estates, and traffic law. 

Real estate services include such matters as option contracts, leases, contract review, deed preparation, formation of condominiums and preparation of planned community documents, and collections for HOAs.

Business law services include such matters  as the formation of corporations and LLCs, business asset sales, collections, and general advising of business entities.
