Cognitive Science, with a specialization in computing from UCLA  and a J.D. from Pierce Law, in Concord, New Hampshire.  While in law school, he was the editor of Pierce Law’s Intellectual Property News Blog and co-chair of the Pierce Law Public Interest Coalition.  He also attended the eLaw Summer Institute at University College Cork in Ireland.  Prior to forming his own virtual law office, Shankar worked as a contract attorney in Los Angeles.

Virtual Law Office of Neal E. Bartlett Opens in California

Attorney Neal E. Bartlett has launched a virtual law office providing legal services pertaining to California law.  The virtual practice will cover services including estate planning and probate administration, family law, bankruptcy, criminal law and business formation.
