VLOTech is pleased to announce the opening of Schneiter Law, PLLC, a virtual law firm providing legal services to Oklahoma residents.  The practice will provide online legal services in the schneiterlawlogoareas of estate planning, tax law, business organization and formation, commercial law, and elder law.

Launched on July 13, Schneiter Law, PLLC is owned by Kurt Mark Schneiter.  Schneiter holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma, a Masters of Business Administration from the Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Kathleen Brinkey, Attorney at Law

brinkeylawpicVLOTech is pleased to announce the opening of Brinkey Law, a North Carolina virtual law practice operated by Kathleen Brinkey.  The practice will provide legal services to North Carolina residents in the areas of business law, estate planning, probate, guardianship and adoption.

Kathleen Brinkey earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, and her Juris Doctor from The University of Tennessee.  Brinkey is admitted to practice in the state courts of North Carolina, New York and Michigan, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District of North Carolina, the Northern District of New York and the Eastern District of Michigan.  She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, including memberships in the General Practice, Real Property, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Sections.  Brinkey is a former Brownie Leader for Girl Scouts of America, volunteers at Greensboro Urban Ministry, and has been active in refugee resettlement through First Lutheran Church in Greensboro and Lutheran Family Services of the Carolinas.
