Virtual Law Practice Provides Winery & Hospitality Law Services Online

VLOTech is pleased to announce the opening of Pennsylvania Winery and Hospitality Lawyer, Judy M. Young’s, virtual law office.   Focused on issues specific to the wine, vineyard and hospitality industries, Young’s practice provides a variety of different legal services to clients online.  Business legal services offered on the virtual law office will include such servces as young-logocontracts and agreements, contract disputes and complex negotiations, business start-up, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, distributorship agreements, breach of contract, purchase agreements and succession planning.
