Virtual Law Practice Resources

Attorneys wanting to find more information about virtual law practice, including ethics and malpractice information from the ABA and different state bars, may want to review the following list of resources.

The definition of virtual law practice will continue to develop as the legal profession responds to the growing demand of the public for affordable and convenient, online legal services. Because many virtual law practices will offer unbundled or limited legal services to clients rather than full-service legal representation, some of these resources discuss the unbundling of legal services as well as virtual law practice in general.
